Scottie Callaghan began his career as a barista in Sydney more than two decades ago. He is the founder of FINEPRINT and the recipient of multiple coffee industry accolades including World Latte Art Champion and two-time Australian Barista Champion.

Scottie opened the first FINEPRINT in Soho, Hong Kong in 2016 and has since expanded it to 11 shops across the city in just over 10 years. As the managing director and “bossman” of FINEPRINT, he was deeply involved in both the product and the culture, championing consistency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality across the venues.

An avid ultra-marathon runner and a big foodie himself, Scottie is recognised as a leader and mentor in the local coffee community, sharing his passion for quality, team building, and guest experience with the next generation of baristas and operators.

Scottie believes that life is tough, and if you are tough on yourself, life will be infinitely easier on you.
