First launched in 2010, Creative City was the original design and culture focussed map of Hong Kong featured in The New York Times, Monocle, Wallpaper, Milk Magazine and more. It became known for its exhibitions, talks and screenings hosted in intimate & interesting spaces around Hong Kong.

Co-founded by Louise Wong, who’s been telling stories for a living since her early days as a journalist and later as an award-winning Creative Director. After seven years as Apple’s first Head of Programming in Greater China for the celebrated Today at Apple initiative, Creative City is being reinvented as an active conduit between the worlds of corporate and culture through branding & communications strategy, new business development, partnerships and curated experiences.

Creative City also operates Peace Lane Studio, a new cultural space near Man Mo Temple in Sheung Wan. The multi-purpose venue is housed in a former 1960s residence. Restored to almost its original state, the cosy yet dynamic space hosts activations from practitioners across disciplines including art, design, wellbeing and technology.
